C.P.T.F.E is PTFE filled with carbon fibre. We make C.P.T.F.E seals to the size of your stuffing box, on our own floor in Vanderbijlpark.
Soot blower sets in C.P.T.F.E
A soot blower lance turns and slides at the same time while the packing around it holds back steam. We make soot blower sets in carbon-filled PTFE as well as in flexible graphite: V-shaped (chevron) rings in the middle with a matching ring at each end, made to fit your stuffing box. Send us the lance or shaft diameter, the stuffing box bore and depth, or an old set, and we will make one to match.
